- There are a bunch of smart people working at Shipsy; working with them is a real pleasure. - Salaries are on time, no issue in taking leaves, in case of personal issues company is very understanding so overall it creates a positive environment to work. - Hybrid culture allows us to work from home for as long as we want and suppose we want to catch up with our colleagues we can choose to go to the office whenever we feel the need. - The company organises some cool parties. - People encourage you to improve, which is really important for professional growth.

- When I was new to the company, the work pressure was overwhelming but with time as I am getting more familiar with the domain knowledge and the product it is becoming easier for me to complete my work during office hours, so for some, it may seem like there is no work-life balance but as time passes things get into place.
