Salary : Not so good in the industry Culture: overall culture is bad being a tech company there is too less tech importance and and layoffs every now and then and very important mention to the vp of core he doesn't know the shiprocket' s tech works and gives unrealistic timelines as well as panicked in every issue.

Is there anything to like no overtime pay every now and then there is layoffs no financial year has seen a good appraisal tech team in this company is ill treated no importance as such product team is pampered, if you don't like mental peace please join shiprocket it will be a life lesson

...ey mean that you will be working all night but very strict about reporting time. If you are 30 mins late, half a day salary gone but they expect you to work till 11PM. Losers.
