Initially the work culture and interaction with others was nice later the environment became toxic.

As it became a big company management and company founders don't take work life balance and health environment as a key parameter. There involvement is very less now. Lot of politics internally, bulk firing, PIP, zero increments, no promotions. HR are only busy in scheduling unnecessary activities. Managers take their team members credit and all.

Nobody knows tech and your skills will deteriorate here. I didn't like the vibe here. Funny thing is they call themself a startup but they are a old toxic corporate. This company is a blotch on Indian ecom industry. They want you to come on time. If you are late by 30 minutes, you are marked as half day but when you they expect you to leave late at 8 PM lol and work overtime. You will get screamed a lot....Read More
