Managed by focused, determined and knowledgeable directors like Mr. Sachin Palsokar and Mrs. Sneha Palsokar, the company runs on ethics and standards which are high and go above industry standards. The company is caring, equal opportunity provider and considerate towards genuine and hardworking candidates. This is well exampled by the numerous employees working over past many years, which tells the impact of the positive culture in and around the company. My experience with Shinex Mosaics has been truly great! I am grateful that they provided me an opportunity to learn as well as earn, what I deserve and incentivised me on things I missed non monetarily.

The company provides good opportunity for giving you an exposure of working at a strategic level. There's a good scope of learning and experimenting in market in a growing industry. Working in senior leadership will give you a chance to grow and face market challenges.
