Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for entire target-based Sales of Shinex Mosaics for your assigned region.
- The person will have to call the Prospective Clients and finalize the order.
- Will have to contact the Architects, Builders & Developers, Swimming Pool Contractors, and customers.
- To generate new leads while maintaining a relationship with existing clients.
- Will be responsible for the entire target-based sales for his assigned region.
- To provide complete information, guidance, and support to the clients hence enhancing the relationships.
- Office Location Butibori Industrial Area, Nagpur. (AC Bus Facility for the staff is provided by the company).
- We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to manage target-based sales of Shinex Mosaics in the assigned region. This role is primarily a back-office sales position, involving proactive engagement with prospective and existing clients, including architects, builders, developers, swimming pool contractors, and end customers. The ideal candidate will excel at lead generation, client relationship management, and meeting sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed the assigned sales targets for Shinex Mosaics within the designated region.
- Execute back-office sales activities, including calling prospective clients and finalizing orders Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Proactively engage with new clients, including architects, builders, developers, and swimming pool contractors, to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive communication. Develop a pipeline of potential clients and nurture these leads to close deals successfully. Provide complete information, guidance, and support to clients to ensure they understand Shinex Mosaics' offerings and benefits. Strengthen client relationships to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare regular sales reports, updates on lead status, and performance metrics for management review. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and delivery timelines.
- Required Skills and Qualifications - 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Familiarity with the construction, architecture, or building materials industry is highly preferred. Strong abilities in lead generation, client engagement, and closing sales deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Ability to build rapport, maintain relationships, and provide exceptional client support. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently. Experience in selling building materials, tiles, or mosaics. Understanding of regional market trends and customer preferences. Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
