The leads and seniors provide good training sections and advice's, it helps to do the work very smoothly. The working time is very good. There is no stress or working pressure to working in here.

Dislikes

Working environment is need to improve. Employee compensation benefits are poor.

Worst work environment and rules. They you need to be office early if you late 10mins it will count as half day leave and you can leave minimmum 1hr late. I is best place person who don't like work and sit more time on on office by do nothing. You can see an organization which love only managers here. You lost your growth here.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
