Management is worst. They don't really care about there employees. No respect to your work. Salary is not up to the industrial standards. Lot of work pressure.

Worst work environment and rules. They you need to be office early if you late 10mins it will count as half day leave and you can leave minimmum 1hr late. I is best place person who don't like work and sit more time on on office by do nothing. You can see an organization which love only managers here. You lost your growth here.
