Currenty have 15years experience working in Chemical/Petrochemical industry at a Japanese MNC mainly handling sales coordination, international logistics & all back office operation work, Sap entries, etc. Finding a suitable job at Kolkata with this domain is really impossible? Am trying for last 1 year but not received a single offer beyond my current CTC @ 9lakh.Pls help to understand what I am lacking??

...ay I got a new chalange and learnd somthing new.which is very beneficial for me.During lockdown period SCIPL help us a lot, gave 100% salary and safety. One thing that I dislike that there is no job security in SCIPL. Except that evry thing is best in Shimizu.
