Nothing, No work-life balance,only politics is there, no salary appraisals , no appreciation

Dislikes

Everything, No process model, very bad and non professional behaviour of Seniors, always making false commitment for salary hike. 12 to 14 hrs working daily, Saturday and Sunday working compulsory. By chance you will get weekly off. Very very bad experience there.

Company is not good at all, no scope to learn new things, you will not get new technologies, even they will not promote/allow you to try new things, no appreciations from senior or management at all even if you are doing excellent work over there... No value for employees, no work life balance.

Dislikes

No Team work , no code review, not following any coding standards or procedure, lots of politics from higher management etc etc..

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
