...ork, get equal opportunity to work irrespective of what origin or at what level. Salary always on time, incentive schemes are reasonably okay. But for award winners: there are great schemes which company provide to each indivisually(provide points to which one can claim), compnay honor it's employee in a very respectful manner. Company value it's people. It's a more people centric company. Great HR polices.

Dislikes

Growth is too slow, but whenever it happens so there will be a big jump you can see because there aren't much big hierarchy in one to two designation.
