A Great Place To Work I have been working at Sheopals Pvt Ltd for 4.5 Years, and I can genuinely say that it's been a wonderful experience. there are several aspects of the company that I truly appreciate. Very bad work culture even boss also do the politics with employees never suggest to join.

The work culture is pretty bad here no sick leave nothing they even have microphone in every cabin so they could listen the conversation of every employee this company is more like a prison for anyone who wanted to work here please don't

They run a scam. They deduct el from CTC which is violations of rules. They charge panelty of rs 3000 if someone gets late. Very toxic environment. Management members are not well educated.

Got the chance to interview for Sr. Manager Sales position. There is no sense of asking too many personal questions like, do you drink, do you smoke, do you have a girlfriend, do you have any affair in your current company, are you Frank with your management, how often you get angry, how many leaves you take, what if we call you on Sunday? I really don't understand the purpose of asking such questions? For big responsibilities, they offer very low salary. The company culture is defined with just a basic shishtachar of asking the candidates for atleast water at reception. If you will not ask for it, they will not offer it. They will let you wait for hours. Really not impressed with the complete culture.
