What I appreciated most about working at ShellSquare Software is the dynamic and Collaborative environment. The Company offers a great balance between challenging projects, and the support needed to grow professionally. I've had the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies like Azure and Docker, while being part of a team that values innovation and continuous improvement. The encourages learning and development, making it a great place to advance both technical skills and career growth. Additionally, the strong emphasis on client satisfaction and quality delivery makes my work truly rewarding.

Dislikes

While I've had a positive experience at Shellsquare software, one area for improvement is the occasional lack of clear communication and alignment between teams, which can sometimes slow down project timelines. Additionally, the Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to the demanding nature of certain projects. A more structured approach to workload management and inter-team collaboration would greatly enhance the overall work environment.

IF there is zero star I will definitely go for that....! There is no job security guyz....! If u have 10+years of experience u can't able to work becoz they need robots not humans...! Firing is the Best part in Shell square they always loved that😍....! But if u don't have knowledge they don't even try to teach they starts firing...!

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
