all approvals including rewards, work from home is manager driven. If manager is understanding, then its fine but some managers are clearly not flexible enough with not much facilities given to ladies in case of Work from home even when she is expecting. If you have already won a reward then that also has to be approved by the manager and sometimes he takes forever to approve it even when you have already won it.

great place to work with . perfect work and personla life balance. compensation is great

they do not recruit back the employees who left the company before due to personla reasons. I was actually very much interested in coming back to shell but i was not given an oppertunity

I think Shell is one of the best company in the world where you can upskill and improve yourself in every aspect. Company work culture and Policy for employee is very attractive. They really care for employee wellbeing and here Policy is not only on Paper. There is good work life balance in this company.

Dislikes

Salary structure they can improve. But they are giving good as per Market standard. But they can pay good salary to employees who deserve.

...tly if continuous re-organisation happens and time taken for reorg is that long. Potential salary decrease for indian employees by salary restructuring exercise, this is very unique seeing the inflation in india.

Hey Shell, you are not an IT company.. you don't promote New technologies, ideas.. you are just a bunch of oil and gas workers who can work in excel

Either don't take contractors at all or just don't sacrifice them in the name of cost cutting
