The company has lost its identity for what it was known since the new CEO has been appointed, this man really doesn't care about shell and what it stands for he is ruthless in his approach and will be the reason for this great companies down fall. Recent change of leadership and their way forward may look attractive for stakeholders but they are forgetting that stakeholders don't earn the reputation and earn for the company or work for it they only reep the benefits.

Current leadership has no idea of what they are doing. Racism at its height, one can experience it very well. Except very few most of the Europeans still see Indians as labour and are removing leadership roles from India. Reorgs every year and your Job is at risk every year.
