Also Learning Curve is Exponential as you Interact with stakeholders globally and you always solve a problem that is building and supporting a better future for Electric Vehicles.

- On the Compensation part if you compare this with startup, salary isn't much, but if you seek work life balance, this is your trump card. - Clarity of what is required to excel is confusing, If you don't know what are your performing metrics as they change out of the blue without intimation.

I have not come across anything that I dislike about working at Shell Recharge Solutions, but something worth considering would be that occasionally you might be required to attend calls with the offshore teams during later part of the day.

Shell is one of the leading Organization in terms of Energy and the best place to work in as it provides 100% job security and work satisfaction. SRS gave me opportunity to work as per my routine and took care of my mental wellbeing, best part of shell is that it follows their code, conduct, protocol, policies and concepts as a culture and implements in real life which they actually mean. i feel very proud and grateful to work here
