Very bad experience of the firm Employee work for 3month 6months and they create situation where people quite will not pay their salary. Work environment is very bad. There is no salary growth no salary increment. Management system is very bad nd very politically behaviour.

Saturday and Sunday off. That’s it.

I have never seen a company with policies such as this 1. On tendering your resignation your salary will be blocked effective immediately and you will get the same during F&F. If you have 3 months of notice then be prepared to work without salary. 2. No probation period for employees. S&T is free to terminate your employment but you cannot resign without giving 3 months of notice even after serving 1 day. Make an informed decision.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...sitter". In short in term learning, learned alot but faced lots of partiality... Even when I left the office after serving 10 month the HR prohibited to give salary slips which was my right to have it..

Performance of managers judged on the basis of man hours, so to improve it they use single person to perform multiple task in short time. It is a best place to learn office politics.
