Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

They are taking good precautionary steps, maintaining good sanitation all around the University

Dislikes

The timing is way too hectic, and work pressure is too much for lectures as they tend to Put up clerical works on lectures, salary is too less and policies for increment are not appreciable! There is no much opportunity and growth for lectures.
