here either you work more harder or honestly nobody cares about that. management is so mean and only focus on old teachers. new teachers are treated well next few months and after that they are exploited by the management i many ways. huge politics can be seen here. if you do buttering then you are good otherwise don't think about this place. they only focus on advertisement rather than study.

management is so mean and working culture is also not good here, teacher always complains about each other. management is always biased.
