here either you work more harder or honestly nobody cares about that. management is so mean and only focus on old teachers. new teachers are treated well next few months and after that they are exploited by the management i many ways. huge politics can be seen here. if you do buttering then you are good otherwise don't think about this place. they only focus on advertisement rather than study.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
