No any other benefits like Leaves, ESI, PF, Mediclaim, Public Holidays, weekly offs, safety precautions, transportation (Expect Accounts department), No gratuity and exgratia, if employee expired on duty or off duty they least bother Having very bad experience. More ever management scrolled like anything and they will calculate each and every minute if work including spending in washroom.
