...sets and ideas. They don't discuss finally blaming the employees. Poor salaries. If candidate is their cast ie REDDY surly he will get good Salary as expected even he don't have qualification and experience. No any other benefits like Leaves, ESI, PF, Mediclaim, Public Holidays, weekly offs, safety precautions, transportation (Expect Accounts department), No gratuity and exgratia, if employee expired on duty or off duty they least bother Having very bad experience. More ever management scrolled like anything and they will calculate each and every minute if work including spending in washroom.
