I have been working in this organization since last fourteen years.Company has given good development skills and benefits.I have also manage my family now and before working with shapoorji group.

...ave been working in this organization for last fifteen years but growth is slow.There is mid year appraisals but no salary revision, according to position salary structure is not good.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that Store and Purchase department and has a global client base. A a result during the joining in this company as per our request they have given my posting in my native place. It is good for me and my family. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight is a day as I have to attend our Project In-charge call in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Manager do not value and of the times. I do receive appreciation email from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.

Recently company Implemented SAP which is very good for carriers for new employees, salary provided by the company is very good. A good work environment.
