As a big company, it will have too much commitment, so small issues we need to avoid. my concept is "work together and earn together".

Issues with payment of salary in timely basis. In some cases delay for 3-4 months My manager specifically was not good and not giving good quality work. She/he was coming late to office and making us also sit late

Due to management issues many good staff should ignore in increment and promotions new comers less experience has more salary structure as compared to old staff
