Nothing to like about the company.

Dislikes

Lots of reason for leaving the company 1 - no job security, ratio of hire 1% and ratio Of fire 100% 2-without giving the notice period they simply fire you on the same day 3 - they hire employees with good experience on the position of team leader and once the candidate will join they make you to do the recruiter work calling 8 hour 4- half an hour break 5 - previous shift hour 9 to 6.30pm ( 5 days work) 6 - now 9 to 6 ( 6 days working) 7 - they change policy every month as per there convenience 8- gossip culture I will never suggest anyone to join this organisation.
