Shanti Foumach pvt Ltd is a foundry & machine shop , it's a single window for finished casting. Monthly produced approximately 1100 ton production. Company is working with 2 partner MD & Vioce chairman. Working culture & management is good but company policies & job security not good. So many workers are changed within 6- 8 month.

It's working with Godrej software Encompasses. I'm interested to learn SAP. Also company has not provide any facility to workers. Main very much bad police is debit police.

Heavy Work Pressure from Management no work life balance. Unprofessional environment.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Unprofessional working environment and very much work pressure from management. No respect for employee work & sincerity. No dust management in plant. No freedom feels like a detention camp.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
