Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

I didn't enjoy the repetitive task in my last role, but I realized that they were unavoidable. So I made a system where I broke up the work so that I could focus on more exciting in between and still get all the work done by the end of the day.

I have joined as a intern and worked for 5 months. Shanrohi is the best place to learn in technology and skill.if you are a fresher really interested to start your career in software field then join here. don't look about money. there is very transparent between employee and management. everybody is very co-operative.
