I feel my skills are particularly well suited to this position because "I believe I have the knowledge to succeed in this position.

Dislikes

I didn't enjoy the repetitive task in my last role, but I realized that they were unavoidable. So I made a system where I broke up the work so that I could focus on more exciting in between and still get all the work done by the end of the day.

Shanrohi is the best place to learn in technology and skill.if you are a fresher really interested to start your career in software field then join here. don't look about money. there is very transparent between employee and management. everybody is very co-operative.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
