There is no team bonding, no proper traning program, work-life balance is quite heavy, salary and benefits is minimal to freshers.

They given good pay even for freshers also. They always appreciate young talents and reward them appropriately.

They have many small showrooms all over India, unless you work in the head office which is located in Bangalore, you didn't get any promotion. Exit is also not a easy thing

Torture in North Karnataka (Hubli) General manager is a big psycho category type person keeps torturing a lot! &Colleagues ar le standing here from many years they will not allow u to work really Harassing in this region very bad

I loved the idea of a chain of stores . Selling building material across the country. A brand. It excited me.

The culture is not right. They lack ethics and vision. Treat staff as commodities and not humans.
