...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

...r co operative is more than best friends. Personally respected to SHRINI sir 3.Under S/E some site xpensive on salary wise.. 4. Salary was correct time to credit our direct Federal bank account.

1.Not secure because not confirm company permanent employee designation.. 2.Iam not getting the EL,GH(emergency leave, Govt holidays Benefit (Pvt Ltd salary) 3. Safety shoes quality is very poor... so, sir pls,pls... provide the TIGER or WARRIOR shoes. 4. Resign period (2 months) is more struggle but treating have MNC company...

Shankar electrical is all over India project and maintenance electrical contractor.
