It's a very good company to learn everyday. People who do not like working or are lazy or not ready to learn should not apply to this company because no day is free over here. Salary increment is as you expect. Work load is too much but you get paid accordingly that matters. Office culture is very good. Bosses are understanding , Frank sometimes angry depends on mood also. But over all it's a good company

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
