One thing I dislike about working at Shamla Tech is that sometimes projects can have tight deadlines, which can create pressure. However, the team is supportive, and we usually manage to meet those deadlines successfully

Its totally a fraud company. Keep recruiting people and not sure what taks to.provide them and keep drifitng with products. Many clients have blocked this company due to most of fake commitment. Looks like a binami company.

I've been working at Shamla Tech Solution for over 3years now and I must say it's been an incredible journey, I joined as a junior soft engineer and thanks to the constant support from the seniors and my guidance. I've grown exceptionally. The company focus on the employee growth and they are truly commendable then have provided numerous opportunities to learn new skills take on new challenges and work on an exciting projects. Today im proud of their senior soft engineer leading a team if my own! The credit goes to shamla tech solutions culture innovation, collaboration, and growth.
