Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Its totally a fraud company. Keep recruiting people and not sure what taks to.provide them and keep drifitng with products. Many clients have blocked this company due to most of fake commitment. Looks like a binami company.

I've been working at Shamla Tech Solution for over 3years now and I must say it's been an incredible journey, I joined as a junior soft engineer and thanks to the constant support from the seniors and my guidance.
