...ll them up to join when they are unable to fill in the position. Such hypocrisy. Salary slips not provided. No clarity on PF , tds and other deductions. Absolutism and nonsense politics. Everyone is in their own world. No one is even bothered about pedagogical approach, child centric learning or even getting the basics right. The kids of lower classes don't even go the library. The teacher comes and narrates. What world are they living in!!! And worst, no one wants to mend ways, change with time and understand that it's about goals and not targets! Servile approach of few makes the place insanely toxic.

Thanks to Shalom Group and the school management for bringing out the best in me. Awesome and amazing workplace. I am personally impressed with the advanced curriculum planning, well planned activities and love & care for their staff and students. I am so so thankful to the management for supporting me during the pandemic era. I like to express my gratitude to the management of the school for its endless efforts.

It was a great experience working with Shaloms. It is quite a formal set up and provides opportunities for learning. The salaries and decent and the gentry ia good. I learned a lot and co faculty ia nice. It is equipped with student friendly amenities.

Dislikes

Politics in Management. Working hours. Not much growth. Teaching senior classes is much better. Workload is a bit heavy but thats ok. The biggest problem is handling parents some of whom are very fussy.

Working under the able guidance of MD Ma’am, VC Sir and Director Ma’am, was a learning every moment. I owe nearly everything that I am today, is to them! So the place is beautiful to work, to grow and to learn.
