Wonderful experience, Great team who always support and motivates you. Most important, I am blessed to work under the guidance of respected mam Dr. Lilly George and Sherpa VC Sir, Dr. Dennis George. It feels immense proud and honor to work under their visionary guidance and leadership which strengthen us to do our best.

Poorly managed good infrastructure

Dislikes

No vision. The work done is super mediocre. Teachers have no clue what to do. No idea about curriculum, collaboration or metacognition. The leadership team is exceptionally pathetic. Principal speaks incorrect English with a n equally pathetic pronunciation. Lift can be used only by management and Principal only god knows for what reason. Are others not humans??? . Zero HR policy. No induction or orientation. Random work thrown at people. No clarity on leave policy. They fire pregnant employee and then call them up to join when they are unable to fill in the position. Such hypocrisy. Salary slips not provided. No clarity on PF , tds and other deductions. Absolutism and nonsense politics. Everyone is in their own world. No one is even bothered about pedagogical approach, child centric learning or even getting the basics right. The kids of lower classes don't even go the library. The teacher comes and narrates. What world are they living in!!! And worst, no one wants to mend ways, change with time and understand that it's about goals and not targets! Servile approach of few makes the place insanely toxic....Read More
