Im good work but mangement is not suport in shalby employe.and no job certification job no I'm recive in conformation letter but hi is lockdown pirod not suport in shalby group.and terminated 30,%staff my total exp.in 3.5 year.

HR department not good ,they pay politics and working environment also not good, Nursing superintendent not good, not coperative,she is very rude and always play with politics.

Interning at shalby is quite a amazing for me. Staff and department heads are really very cooperative and give the proper guidance about the work.

...the teams. Patients services is very poor. Don't take care of patients properly. Salary and promotion issues. Harassment problems

...and supportive. There is a huge scope to learn and grow within the Organisation. Company policies are very good, appraisals are fair and good salary and bonus every year.

Every one have a weak point, same here working hours are long but we know it's health sector and we need to work 24X7.
