You can join this company if you are financially strong because this company does not give salary. They only give a couple thousand for the expenses and never even that too. But if you leave the job then they refuse to pay your salary.

Nothing to like abt the company.

Dislikes

I have very bad experience with this company. They take work from the employees and never pay even after several mails and call. Even they don't receive calls also. Please don't work their guys u will hv on trouble.

I like its snatching my job by forcing and telling me if you give Resign then your last salary will be given

Shakti enterprises does not give that salary should for workers ...like security gard salary is 18000 without PF this company gives 11000 salary ..and and lots of scam in company i did not want to leave this company its seniors force you to leave company just because of others are giving money to be being given job..no life in company and no career

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
