They always give opportunities to uneducated employees. If you are 12th fail or 12 pass. This is the best place to work for.

...staff Unprofessional management No CRM HR are useless they are just a puppets. They don’t pay to people who work hard.

The timing are 24/7 without phones and only certain people are given freedom to roam around.

No policy in place. No management decision and no one stands for employees. Leaves not provided when asked. Business Head asks personal questions about life and what you do at weekends. They threaten you daily about the job telling you that they dont need you. They would always speak that the team is not efficient, no output and all. Nobody motivates to work. I wish the people at the USA takes a stand and see what is happening with the current and ex employees. I heard they stop your payments as soon as you leave the company so people try to leave it on the salary day itself.

The work executed by SHAIP is very exclusive and has good understanding of AI data collection business

Dislikes

The higher management is just not worthy of their position. Respect for women and individuals is just not there. Company has no values and culture and lacks employee centricity.
