CEO is a good guy

Dislikes

Work culture and salary is very bad. CTC and our work don't cross over very well, we should be paid higher salary because work is tough. No protocol among technical team is here, no respect for team leader. Sales Manager commands everything especially here in Aizawl. The position and power that they give to Consultant cannot be exercised here. They don't allow the existence of NOC Team here in Aizawl.
