Nothing to like about this company that harasses the employees with strict timings 1min late half day salary cut. Only b/w and dull colours allowed. Cannot go out during lunch. Keep sitting for 9 hours, only bathroom breaks allowed, 6 days working drains the energy. Total mental torture and physical also. Employees are like work machine not even leaves are granted. No appraisal as they keep asking for proving sales target that are unbelievable too high. No benefits offered by company no medical, nothing.

In this Covid-19 Pandemic Company gave full salary and Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

This is just a cesspool of filth, and here they are. Siddharth Sengupta: GM PR, Chief Manipulator of SH. Javed Iqbal: Plant Head, Two-face. Talks ill about new joiners to SH. Harbours ill will against new and respectable staff and sees them as replaceable. Rajiv Verma: GM HR & Admin, Published your job ad while you are on the roll, behind your back, and sends you 'employment ended' email, without HOD's knowledge. He just fulfills the whims of SH and posts fake positive reviews here. Ashfaq Ahmed, AGM Digital Marketing. Pretentious. Do not be fooled by him offering namaz 5 times a day and going outside the office on Friday to Mosque. Firstly there is no such rule here, he just enjoys this 'priviledge' by doing peronal work of SH Family members and more. Has issues with authority figure and suffers from God Complex and likes to shout around and create a scene. Shah Faisal: Follower of Ashfaq Ahmed. Literally!! Like a puppy. Rest you can guess. Easy to get hurt and likes to takes things personally. All of the above employees and those farting in the same chair for decades have a separte line of communication with SH.
