nothing to be liked. for god sake please let me know one good thing about this company. I did make the worse decision of my career to join this company as i was shown all different picture. and when i saw the reality, i took no time to take my exit. Beware... Its a typical shop kind of company. The owner is surrounded by people whojust keep agreeing with her on everything. and later laugh. no body has guts to at least correct her or show here the right path. every body is trying to save her job. what a pity. have not seen such a most unprofessional venture ever. no growth, no innovations as the owner doesn't want to adapt new methodologies. The one reason why even new beauty and cosmetics companies just entered have gone far beyond this company. The owner simply want to cherish her old days and deep with in she knows that this company will end up soon. the irony is there is no successor of this brand. HR head Rajiv Verma is the worse dead soul i have ever seen, such a rude, pathetic, good for nothing creepy creature who boasts about himself every single moment. This is just a cesspool of filth, and here they are. Siddharth Sengupta: GM PR, Chief Manipulator of SH. Javed Iqbal: Plant Head, Two-face. Talks ill about new joiners to SH. Harbours ill will against new and respectable staff and sees them as replaceable. Rajiv Verma: GM HR & Admin, Published your job ad while you are on the roll, behind your back, and sends you 'employment ended' email, without HOD's knowledge. He just fulfills the whims of SH and posts fake positive reviews here. Ashfaq Ahmed, AGM Digital Marketing. Pretentious. Do not be fooled by him offering namaz 5 times a day and going outside the office on Friday to Mosque. Firstly there is no such rule here, he just enjoys this 'priviledge' by doing peronal work of SH Family members and more.
