Their way of taking challenge is so poor that even a newly joined can take better decision than management. Way too politics, people will get jealous of you and your success all the time no matter what their age is! 40 saal ke ho jaenge lekin dimag ghutno me rehta hai, they got no chill. They will treat you as if you are good for nothing, they will treat you as if they are doing a favour by offering you the job.
