1. increment structure is extremely poor. 2. extremely late in salary disbursement. 3. once they hold your dues for any reason you won't get it back ever.

... and discriminating. Salary timings are not confirm its more than 2 months late. No Bonus, slowly salary increment (2-3%) no growing career path. HR head is so rude and helpless. STC Policy are really worst. They get change expecting only company benefits affecting to all existing employees along with new joiner. And very bad management that no one can respond on employee concern. I highly recommend people not to join this organization, You'll get nothing but regret.

No salary hike, not receiving salary on time, no proper response from admin team Tamil Nadu, If you are well knowledged andexperienced you are not qualified to work in SHAH TECHNICAL CONSULTANT, Vellore. If you doesn't care about salary and you wish to spend time for 8 hrs/day Vellore STC will match your criteria.
