Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

They hold salary for months and you have to beg several times for salary Or have to go for court of law for salary. They deduct some part of salary illegaly and never paid. Worst company I have ever seen. If they get lower salary manpower with inferior quality,they will substitute you. Prsanna Shah and Abhijit Tanna are two notorious dacoits.

... and discriminating. Salary timings are not confirm its more than 2 months late. No Bonus, slowly salary increment (2-3%) no growing career path. HR head is so rude and helpless. STC Policy are really worst. They get change expecting only company benefits affecting to all existing employees along with new joiner. And very bad management that no one can respond on employee concern. I highly recommend people not to join this organization, You'll get nothing but regret.

No salary hike, not receiving salary on time, no proper response from admin team Tamil Nadu, If you are well knowledged andexperienced you are not qualified to work in SHAH TECHNICAL CONSULTANT, Vellore. If you doesn't care about salary and you wish to spend time for 8 hrs/day Vellore STC will match your criteria.
