Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Few of the Colleagues were good and develop your skills and help in need.

  • Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

...les for different people. Work ethics is not followed by few of leading seniors. Salary is always delayed by three months and worst part is company always tries not to credit your earned money (PF withheld amount, holiday amount, etc). Also, response from the company HR and account department never replies to your emails regarding your salary, document issues. There is simple reply by every person i.e. it is company policy which is never shared by company with employees or there might be no company policy.

If you doesn't care about salary and you wish to spend time for 8 hrs/day Vellore STC will match your criteria.
