Since working for 2.5 month's the pay for part-time job is very less hardly getting ,₹40 per order apart from that you will get only ₹10 per order timing 7 pm to 10.59 pm. Maximum kilometres you can expect per order is above 5 kilometres to 9 kilometres of drop . If you complete more than 8 orders only they will pay you only ₹5 as incentive per order. Hardly you can earn 350 to 400 per day if you work for 4 hours. In that you need to put ₹ 150 to ₹ 180 for petrol. Above 5 km they will pay you only ₹10 if it's 6 km they will pay you ₹15 . Overall working with shadowfax is waste 😂. Better join swiggy or Zomato directly. Shadowfax is a third party App. Which they won't give you potential support for delivery partner's. No proper response from team leaders. If you have any concern regarding payments they won't give you proper response. Customer care representative will call you and within 5 seconds they will drop the call. Overall the end of the month you will get nothing and tons of deductions.

1. Poor Policy 2. Job Security 3. Poor in Manpower Management 4. Toxic Politics (Only buttering employees is okay to survive here) 5. Poor in Data Management. 6. Poor in F&F process. 7. Gap between top management to mid level. 8. Poor in Exit Process. 9. poor in reimbursement process. there is no check point. 10. No work satisfaction. I have strongly not recommended to anyone to join here

...ub incharge is all rounder here like vehicle loading unloading and sorter too...there is no value of a hub incharge he is also a normal worker but salary gets of a manager...

...'s They are not allowing me to feel free and communicate my doubts and blunders. The second point is concerning salary, which is my main concern. 16k is not the ideal package for HUB INCHARGE, and there is no other person to assist me, such as a team lead or assistant team lead, with loading, unloading, and operational assistance. The third factor is manpower supply. No one helped with this, no support from the HR team or the vendor, etc.... These are the primary reasons I'm quitting this job.

Toxic work culture. If you are working there they will make sure that you stay there. I have worked continuously for more than 17 hours still it is not sufficient for them.
