I'm Manjunath N, As i'm working in delivery partner in marketplace (id - 1178488) I'm very happy to work in this company as delivery executive.. The way customer support team nd I'm very satisfied to work here.. No much rules nd regulation

...ey will be changing rate card as when they wish.. Pls we have more commitments.. Nd one more thing in the order they will not give proper amount of distance pay.. Y ?? Pls ensure fix to one rate card don't give much higher amount nd some days lower amount..

Nothing ! they do only Partialliaty between employees as there Castesims, they always pressurise the employees to complete their target without any incentive and do extra overtime and they do not provide incentives of this to complete target . Managers are also very worst in this company

...company and the atmosphere of the company. Totally fake people and fake company. Salary is also very low according to their work. They always give threat to remove from the company.

Shadowfax Technologies is a great place to work but our job is not secure company will kicked out u any time & very most issue is salary your salary date is 7th of the month but u will receive your salary 10th 11th of the month I otherwise working environment is very good all employees are friendly I request to the shadowfax plzz don't use any employee for the several time secure the employe job

Mainly, Our jobs are secured even during this Pandemic. Timely salary even at Work from home, A company can treat no better to their employees than this organisation.

There is no such thing as dislike about working here. Yes, we have to work a bit more than hard to apply to get promoted. But that's what we are supposed to do. try harder.

Looting money from delivery partner's

Since working for 2.5 month's the pay for part-time job is very less hardly getting ,₹40 per order apart from that you will get only ₹10 per order timing 7 pm to 10.59 pm. Maximum kilometres you can expect per order is above 5 kilometres to 9 kilometres of drop . If you complete more than 8 orders only they will pay you only ₹5 as incentive per order. Hardly you can earn 350 to 400 per day if you work for 4 hours. In that you need to put ₹ 150 to ₹ 180 for petrol. Above 5 km they will pay you only ₹10 if it's 6 km they will pay you ₹15 . Overall working with shadowfax is waste 😂. Better join swiggy or Zomato directly. Shadowfax is a third party App. Which they won't give you potential support for delivery partner's. No proper response from team leaders. If you have any concern regarding payments they won't give you proper response. Customer care representative will call you and within 5 seconds they will drop the call. Overall the end of the month you will get nothing and tons of deductions.
