Some teams have good culture, fostering growth, giving all the members opportunities and exposure to higher level projects

Dislikes

Overall toxic micromanagement, IPO prospects have strangled appraisals, some teams consistently do monotonous work so better not to land there. Lot of scope for improvement in the way things are organised, somethings still feel like the setup is as old as few months old startup.

I have seen the worst management of my life in this company. Here thieves and sycophants are picked up and supported but those people who always stand by the company's policies are sidelined. Both the area manager and the cluster manager, full of arrogance, prepare false reports about the candidates and defame them in the market.
