Salary on time. Transparent Attendance and Leave system. Expert in marketing to attract parents and students with false promises.

Dislikes

Frequent reduction and cancellation of holidays. Extended work hours most of the days without any overtime payment. Low salaries and no increase. Incentives only for relatives and those who behave like bonded labourers. No recognition and reward for good work. Festivities going on all the time for students and management not interested to provide and encourage quality teaching. Even Professors not provided computer and air-conditioning. All efforts and expenses devoted only for marketing. Audio visual aids in Lecture halls outdated and frequently out of order

Nothing is good. no good salary. . You cant survive for more than two months. less salary.. small sharing room for faculty . no good respect

Jib security is good..!! And about work culture it's nice to please to work here from joining to till date..!! Company policies are good and reasonable.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues Salary growth and career growth is slow.
