... adopts latest technology. It was good experience to be part of such great team. Another plus point in this company which every employee wants in Employer is timely compensation to employees which generally does not happen in real estate companies but SGR its on time.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high and compensation growth is slow. On the other hand there is no policy to improve knowledge by attending high profile conferences for employees. I had to work for more than twelve hours a day in emergency without having any lenience in time when emergency over. Benefits are less.

No job security, work culture as off ourknowledge no one no about technical, management will tink only benefits from the staff's it's depends on our knowledge, company policies not maintain.

Dislikes

Management team is very poor and there are making rules how they want. Not maintained such HR & Administration policy of company.
