The firm is small but the quality of people working around is very good. They teach you Tech Hiring and Sales Hiring. They are supportive during sourcing for difficult positions. The Incentive payout is immediate - They don't hold incentives for 90 days

Dislikes

They increase Notice Period when they promote you. Salaries can be better. Working on Saturdays.
